Our Mission

Our mission at The CREO Institute is to help people to develop their creative potential and skills so they can achieve their aspirations and create a better, fulfilling life for themselves and others. Our goal is to inspire the people whose paths we cross to believe in something greater than ourselves, as members of our families, communities, and organizations.

It is our aspiration to create a community and a common ground where people of great creativity and commitment can work and be together. Our approach in our work, as well as in our creativity workshops, at The CREO Institute supports personal, interpersonal, and social transformation.

We see our roles as leaders in The CREO Institute much like Robert Greenleaf describes the role of a leader in his book On Becoming a Servant Leader.

According to Greenleaf, the best leaders are those who serve the people whom they lead. "The servant leader is servant first. The best test and the most difficult to administer is: Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants?" (Greenleaf, 1996).

We are here to serve the people with whom we work… to find the best way to facilitate your learning and your creative growth, to encourage you to develop a passion for your continuous development and to share this passion with others, to push you to explore your potential.

If one advances confidently in the direction of one's dreams, and endeavors to live the life which one has imagined, one will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
- Henry David Thoreau
