You agree to the following terms and conditions when you register in any workshop with The CREO Institute, LLC
			
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Card, or American Express® accepted) by using the PayPal® system when you register for a workshop through our Web site.

CREDIT POLICY
When you register for any CREO Institute workshop (hereafter a "Workshop") you agree to participate in the Workshop during the time period you select.  In the event that circumstances make you unable to attend a Workshop prior to its commencement, you must notify The CREO Institute of your inability to attend such Workshop.  Upon notification, The CREO Institute shall charge you a cancellation fee and issue you a credit voucher for the Workshop based on the cancellation fee schedule below. You agree that the issuance of a credit voucher is your sole remedy in the event that you are unable to attend a Workshop at its scheduled time and location.  No cash refunds of any portion of the Workshop registration fee will be made by The CREO Institute once payment for a Workshop has been received.

If you cancel your participation in a Workshop prior to its commencement, The CREO Institute shall charge you a cancellation fee and issue a credit voucher in an amount equaling the remaining portion of your Workshop tuition according to the cancellation schedule below:

Cancellation Fee Schedule (based on the number of days prior to beginning of Workshop):
A cancellation fee of $200 for any cancellation 121 days or more prior to the Workshop.
A cancellation fee equaling 25% of the tuition fee for any cancellation 120-91 days prior to the Workshop.
A cancellation fee equaling 50% of tuition fee for any cancellation 90-61 days prior to the Workshop.
No credit voucher will be issued by The CREO Institute Workshop for any cancellation 61-0 days prior to the Workshop.
No credit voucher will be issued for any cancellation once the Workshop begins.

A credit voucher may be applied towards the registration fee of any future Workshop you wish to attend.  Except as set forth in the schedule above, no other portion of the registration fee will be credited to you.   A credit voucher must be used by you within 18 months from the first day of the Workshop for which you were originally registered.  After such 18-month period, the credit voucher will expire.

The registration fee for a Workshop does not include any personal or ancillary cost, such as lodging or transportation, that is necessary for you to attend the Workshop.  You are solely responsible for booking and purchasing any lodging accommodations and transportation tickets necessary for you to attend the Workshop.

CANCELLATION OF A WORKSHOP BY THE CREO INSTITUTE
In the event a Workshop has to be cancelled by The CREO Institute, LLC due to an unforeseen circumstance, The CREDO Institute, LLC shall reimburse you 100% of the registration fee for the Workshop. This shall be The CREO Institute, LLC's entire liability and your sole remedy.

ACCEPTANCE OF PARTICIPANTS
The CREO Institute, LLC reserves the right to reject any registration in a Workshop from a participant, at its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The CREO Institute, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of third party, agency, or any other person engaged in arranging, providing or performing the housing or other accommodation arrangements necessary under any Workshop (the "Services").  In the event that it becomes necessary to alter a Workshop itinerary or arrange for alternative Services, you acknowledge and agree that The CREO Institute, LLC shall have no liability or responsibility for such alternative arrangements.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREO INSTITUTE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY PARTICIPANT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS), WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE CREO INSTITUTE, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (i) THE LOSS OF TICKETS OR PERSONAL ITEMS AND EFFECTS WHILE PARTICIPANT IS ATTENDING A WORKSHOP, (ii) ANY ACCIDENT, INJURY OR DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT, (iii) DELAYS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER SERVICES, QUARANTINE, SICKNESS, STRIKES, WAR (DECLARED OR UNDECLARED), ACTS OF TERRORISM, WEATHER OR ANY OTHER CAUSES ARISING FROM PARTICIPANT'S ATTENDANCE AT A WORKSHOP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE CREO INSTITUTE , LLC (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN A WORKSHOP EXCEED THE REGISTRATION FEE YOU PAID TO US FOR SUCH WORKSHOP.

YOUR REGISTERING IN A WORKSHOP WITH THE CREO INSTITUTE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
